GENTLEMAN'S SPORTS NIGHT 2003

The committee would like to thank Maureen Bowler for providing yet another exceptional night out for us football fanatics. Steve Kindon provided, at our sixth annual sports evening, what was probably the best entertainment we have had - and hat includes the superb Tommy Smith, Peter Osgood, Frank McLintock, Norman Hunter and Frank Worthington.

Paul Stump, Tony Talbot, Ronnie Bates, Ian Freeman, Alan McCabe, John Magill and Les Shepherd put in sterling work and a superb amount of money was raised for the Club's football sections.

Thanks also to Steve Twardochleb and Steve Tattersall for their generous donations of prizes for the raffle.

Maureen Bowler, who once again organised a superb evening for members which in turn raised a tremendous amount of funds for the football sections.

In November 2003 we hope to get Nobby Stiles as the main speaker.
