CGSSC/Luton Town maintain links
Saturday, 29th December 2007
With the aim of continuing to improve the links between
our Club and Luton Town FC, the Hatters held a Partnership Day
for us at their Ely Road training ground.

Crawley coaches look forward to the day ahead.
Chris Cummins and his coaches presented over
20 sessions for the benefit of our coaches - some of these sessions included
the involvment of our own managers but generally the sessions were displayed
by the pros (on their day off) as informative guides for improving our
own coaching standards.

Coaching sessions spanned many areas . . .

. . . and offered new ideas for our coaches.
Overall an exellent day with new and varied sessions
shown followed by a debrief in the hut by Chris Cummins, Bob Curson
and Noel Blackwell.

Chris Cummins briefs our lads after
a great day at Luton's training ground.
More invites to follow on a regular basis.
The Hatters are keen to involve more clubs like ourselves
and offer free tickets to matches, training wear, coaching for both our
coaches and youngsters and in return we, hopefully, can filter through
youngsters to play for them.
Since the course, Luton Town FC sent us 25 tickets for
the Swansea game on Saturday. These have been given to the coaches that
attended the session.
We are the first Parnership Club to recieve them.
