Arsenal trip another success for U10s
Thursday, 22nd February 2007
Players, coaches and parents from Crawley Green U10s
had a day to remember at Arsenal's youth academy. The team visited the
Gunners' impressive set-up in Hale End, Walthamstow on
Thursday last week to play two friendly six-a-side games against the London
club's U9s.

And the day was such a success that the event is now
to become
an annual affair.
It was made possible due to former Crawley player Tyler
Reid now being on Arsenal's youth books.
Dad Mark, who along with John Dudmish and Alan McCabe,
coaches the successful Chiltem Junior Sevens side, said: "It was
a great day for everyone who went down and we really leamed a lot from
the visit."
The trip seemed to pay dividends as Crawley romped to a 7-1 weekend win
over Memorial Park with Callum Horgan (3), Oliver Cole (2), Sam Hazel
and Alex McCabe netting.
