Letter from MK Dons
Thursday, 13th July 2006
Last week saw Adam Sinclair, Assistant Academy
Manager, Simon Dwight, Head of Education and Welfare, and myself
take the opportunity to visit Crawley Green's Nursery section to see the
work that goes on for the club.
The first thing that struck me was the superb facility
that the club was using and the high number of staff working with the
young players, all volunteers smartly dressed and easily identifiable.
As we were shown around each age group it became apparent
that each player was thoroughly enjoying themselves within a safe and
enjoyable learning environment.
It is no wonder that several of our Academy schoolboys
came from Crawley Green FC and with the good work that was on show tonight
I am sure that there are more to follow.

Editor's Note: This letter reflects great credit
on every single member involved with the nursery section - coaches and
volunteers alike - and proves why other football league clubs are showing
interest in what is going on at Crawley Green throughout all age groups.
