Gemma puts her best foot forward!
Gemma Clark, member and daughter of former Crawley
cup-winning manager Alan, put her best foot forward in aid of charity.
Held at Northampton Town FCs ground, Emma had
to perform a "Firewalk" which involved walking barefoot across
15ft of red hot coals burning at 1236F. This she bravely completed and
whilst doing so raised a magnificent £100 on behalf of her nominated
charity Help the Aged.
The photographs below capture the moment from preparing the coals to completing
the walk.

Volunteers pile on the coals - and make sure they are
red hot!

Amidst all the heat Gemma bravely puts her best foot
forward . . .

. . . before showing us all her scars!

Gemma proudly shows off her certificate of proof that
she braved the coals!
Maybe members at CGSSC would like to arrange a charity night for
The Pasque Hospice by getting involved in another firewalk.
