Molten Spartan South Midlands League

Division One

New Bradwell St.Peter v Crawley Green
A much improved performance from Crawley Green secured all 3 points at New Bradwell St.Peter.
Crawley created the better chances throughout and were unlucky not to take the lead in the first half with Luke Singleton and Robbie O’Dell both going close.
The deadlock was finally broken in the 66th minute.  Robbie O’Dell pressurized the Bradwell keeper into making a howler when he set up Tom Freeman for a simple tap in.
Ross Tompkins pulled off an outstanding save to keep Crawley in front but New Bradwell got back on terms after 82 minutes.  Lee Loadsby gave away a needless free kick and Joey Acheampong was left unmarked to head home from close range.
However Crawley were not to be denied.  They pushed forward and in injury time Chris Harvey took advantage of a mix up in the home defence to smash in a deserved winner.
On Tuesday evening Crawley travel to London Colney and on Saturday visit Harpenden Town.

Crawley Reserves won 2-0 against Holmer Green with goals from Craig Meyrick and Mark Smith.
