St Margaretsbury 3
Crawley Green FC 1

FA Vase

Crawley Green bowed out of the FA Vase with a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Premier League opponents St.Margaretsbury.
A dour first half came to life in injury time when a mix up in the Crawley defence let in Mark Draper to open the scoring.
Straight after the break Crawley failed to clear a cross and Ben Wiper scored to put St.Margaretsbury firmly in control.
St.Margaretsbury wrapped the game up in the 70th minute when Crawley gave away a sloppy free kick and Mark Draper fired home his second goal of the game.
To their credit Crawley kept battling and were rewarded with a consolation goal after 76 minutes from the hard working Luke Singleton.
